Nice on the living room end table or nightstand. I added a little rubber coaster into the carved cup holder to protect the nice wood.

The quality control in this was poor. Nick's on wood throughout. Rough edges where wood glued together and on the inside portion for phone, it wasn't sanded or sealed. Very disappointed as it's for a gift.
