Shipping Timeline

We offer multiple shipping options, as fast as 1 or 2-day delivery. During checkout, the estimated delivery date will be displayed with each shipping option. Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may have longer transit times. We provide tracking details once your order ships.

Delivery times are measured in business days (Monday through Friday) and exclude weekends and Federal holidays. When calculating the total shipping time for your order, keep in mind the day the order is picked up from our warehouse and shipped is not considered the first business day. Start counting business days from the first full day your order is in transit. 

Custom and made-to-order items require time for production. Backordered items are not available to ship immediately. When choosing a shipping method, the estimated delivery date will adjust accordingly, and we’ll also let you know in checkout if you’ve chosen one of these items.

VIP Shipping: $9.99 USD

Worldwide Free Shipping Over $40 USD

We will send you a confirmation email once your order is verified. After verification, in principle, the orders will not be canceled during this period, considering the handling process already start, but we will try our best to communicate with via email or phone to find a good solution.

Allow 2 to 3 business days for processing of Ground shipments.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes from items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. 

Normally we ship by standard express, it takes 7-15 business days.  if your address is in remote area, the deliver time will be 20-30 days. Please note that these are estimated delivery times only, therefore www.alibc.store is not guaranteeing delivery dates.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing tracking numbers once your order has shipped.

Notes:

1) Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

2) After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 1-3 days to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

3) In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.

4) If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact Customer Service to verify within 45 days of the order date. For other orders, products, and logistics related issues, you must contact customer service within 90 days of the order date.

5) Please click the "Confirm Delivery" button within 6 months (from the date of shipment). After that, the button will turn gray and cannot be used to get additional points.


Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
