Jade Dadiz, an avid fitness lover and instructor, came home from world travels with wild stories?running a half marathon in Ireland, sleeping in the desert, riding camels. But when she lit up about borrowing a foam roller from a friend, her mom, Jessika Jake, figured foam rolling must be magic.
