USE IT

Place your Cold Massage Roller in the freeze, use IN the handle to free roll across arms, shoulders, legs and neck. Simply unscrew the lower handle blue, take the ball out to use on feet, calves, hamstrings, hips and lower back.

• Up to 6 hours. Freeze for a full 2 hours at a low freezer temperature setting. This is the only product on Amazon that will actually stay cold up to 6 Hours
